Our products grow on the outskirts of Munich, without any pesticides, and are the visible result of our sustainable circular economy. Our plants thrive in a harmonious cycle with our fish. The result is a seasonal variety that will delight you:
Spring: Crisp salads such as rocket and oak leaf, plus fresh herbs such as cress and mint for light, spring-like dishes.
Summer: Juicy tomatoes, aromatic cucumbers, crunchy peppers and spicy aubergines.
Autumn: Robust kale, spinach and chard.
Winter: Hardy salads that guarantee freshness even in cold temperatures.
Tilapia: Delicious fish, all year round
Our tilapia is the heart of the enclosure and grows in a species-appropriate environment.
The tilapia has a mild taste and is versatile in the kitchen. It is offered in the following variants:
Fresh fillet: Straight from the plant. Smoked specialty: Refined over selected woods.
Holistic recycling: from root to fin
We strive not to waste anything. In this way, new, high-quality products will be created from supposed leftovers in the future:
Fish fund: We cook an aromatic stock from the carcasses of our fish, which forms the basis for exquisite sauces and soups.
Tomato sauce & pickled cucumbers: Our aromatic summer tomatoes and cucumbers are boiled down and preserved in jars as delicious sauces or crunchy side dishes. So you can enjoy the taste of summer all year round.
Dried herbs & spice blends: Surpluses are dried and offered as tasty spices.
