Our Tilapia is the heart of the facility and grows up in species-appropriate conditions.

Fresh fillet: Directly from the facility. Smoked specialty: Refined over selected woods.

Fish stock: From the carcasses of our fish, we cook an aromatic stock that forms the basis for exquisite sauces and soups.
Tomato sauce & pickled cucumbers: Our aromatic summer tomatoes and cucumbers are cooked and preserved in jars as delicious sauces or crispy side dishes. This way, you can enjoy the taste of summer all year round.
Dried herbs & spice blends: Surpluses are dried and offered as flavorful spices.
